🔄 Refund & Returns Policy – FinessShop UK

Welcome to FinessShop! We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Below are our policies on returns, exchanges, and refunds, in line with UK consumer rights.

✅ Your Right to Cancel – 14 Days

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s), for any reason and without penalty.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges – 30 Days

You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery, provided that it meets the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from odours

  • Original tags still attached

  • No damage or signs of wear

  • In original packaging (where applicable)

📦 Non-returnable items:

  • Underwear or intimate items (e.g. sports bras with built-in padding)

  • Gift cards

🛠️ How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at: support@finessshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll send return instructions and our return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue:

    • A full refund (for returns), or

    • A replacement item or credit code (for exchanges)

📬 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we made an error.

💳 Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

❗ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we're truly sorry! Please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
